Hello all!

My name is Kamren Ramirez and this is my writing portfolio. I am from Northern Virginia and graduated high school in 2018. During school I ran track for one year, and after that I decided to work for most of my high school career. Currently I am a senior at Old Dominion University, majoring in psychology. My father and his side of the family are born and raised puerto ricans. His native tongue is spanish, and he first learned to speak english back when he joined the military. Since my fathers side of the family is fluent in spanish, I decided to take this opportunity and try to become fluent myself. I was able to speak it when I was younger, but I lost it throughout the years. Hopefully, I can continue this journey into spanish 2.
