Hi, I’m Kiah! I’m currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity at Old Dominion University. My interest in cybersecurity comes from genuinely wanting to understand what happens behind the scenes—how information is protected, how threats are discovered, and how people use technology to solve problems.

What I enjoy most about cybersecurity is that there is always something new to learn. I’m especially interested in the investigative and analytical side of the field. I like the idea of being the person behind the scenes who can dig into information, connect the dots, recognize when something isn’t right, and figure out what’s going on.
Outside of being a student, I’m also balancing work and family life, which has taught me a lot about time management, persistence, and pushing myself even when things get challenging. Going back to school and seeing how much I’m capable of has made me even more excited about where this degree can take me.

This ePortfolio will grow with me throughout my cybersecurity program. It will be a place where I can share my coursework, projects, writing, and the skills I develop along the way as I work toward building a career in cybersecurity.
