Hello, My name is Komalpreet Kaur. I am a registered dental hygienist in Indiana and I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree through Old Dominion University. I have a strong passion for helping patients learn more about their oral health and educating them on the newest information about the dental world! I will be working a clinical instructor at Indiana University South Bend this summer while also temping at a local dental clinic. I hope to expand my teaching skills to help students work better in the clinical environment. I am also interested in learning more about how oral knowledge can be expanded to all populations. My short term goals include pursuing continuing education courses, prioritizing feedback, networking with faculty, and implementing effective teaching strategies. My long term goals include inspiring students to become better clinicians, creating a positive environment, and enforcing lifelong learning.
