Hello, my name is Latiyah Cook and I was born and raised in Norfolk, VA. I am currently attending Old Dominion University in hopes of achieving my Bachelor’s degree. Although, ODU wasn’t my first choice, it was one of my top three colleges that I wanted to attend. However, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, I decided to stay close to home instead of venturing out.
Despite COVID-19 popping into my life, I do enjoy going out and exploring new things from time to time, but I also enjoy my personal “me” time to just sit back and relax. Sometimes, I may attempt to start a new hobby ranging from knitting to learning new languages, I’ll try my hand at anything just for the heck of it. To help me in these times, I would like to honor my cat for reminding me that it’s okay to just take a nap in the sun for recuperation.
I hope everyone is staying safe and practicing self-care.
