My name is Jacob Hightower. I am a Mechanical Engineering major set to graduate in December 2024, with a minor in Engineering Management. Currently, I serve as the Project Manager and Head of Engineering at Disruptor Maritime LLC. I’m a Navy veteran with 8 years of service, where I developed a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and teamwork.
I have a passion for the outdoors and take pride in leading teams to complete projects on time and efficiently. After graduation, I plan to pursue my Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification to further enhance my skills. My background in both the military and engineering fields allows me to approach challenges with a unique perspective, ensuring that I deliver solutions that are both efficient and effective.
