I am a career customer service project manager. This has been my profession since 1999. My major is Human Services. I have an Associate of Sciences in Social Sciences. I have a genuine love of people and the desire to help and serve others as other great leaders of history have done.  I participate in numerous charitable events. I am very intuitive and naturally empathic toward others. I hope this course enhances my knowledge of human social skills and behavior.
