My name is Mackenzie Cooke, and I am a first-year Cybersecurity student at Old Dominion University. I grew up in McAlester, Oklahoma, and joined the Navy as an information systems technician when I was 18. After being stationed in Japan for a few years, I have decided to pursue a degree in Cybersecurity to further my knowledge in the field. My goal is to take my remaining years within the military, gather as much training and education as I can get, and explore jobs within Cybersecurity.
