I am a student at Old Dominion University that is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. I come from a military background, so I have moved from Florida, to Hawaii, to Virginia, and now to North Carolina. I have always been interested in the sciences, but biology was my biggest interest. I became most interested in the micro world of biology, specifically microbiology. I plan on further pursuing my education to a Ph. D in virology to become a virologist.
