Hi I’m Markkel, I’m 19 and a freshman at ODU. I have two sisters and a brother. I am the oldest so i take on most of the responsibilities in the House so they don’t have to. My lovely mom is a single parent that take cares all of us on her own. In my recent high school career I took on the opportunity to take Spanish 1 & 2. In taking those classes I learned that speaking Spanish is a lot harder than people say.

The time Mrs. Padilla puts into teaching us and trying to get us to understand Spanish I really appreciate it. She took her time to explain every detail and tried to help us to the best she could. From the first time i stepped foot into this class room i didn’t know a lot but now i feel like i know a little bit, but i do have a long way to go
