Hello! I am a third year student at Old Dominion University. My interest in cybersecurity stems from my past experiences with classes regarding criminal justice dating back to high school. Cybersecurity is a newer field of the sciences as it has come with the introduction of technology in our society. My current goals are to graduate from ODU with my undergraduate degree, pursue a job with a federal agency, attend graduate school to enhance my education pertaining to cybersecurity, and have a long career in the field. The general importance of cybersecurity is high as there are an increasing number of cybercriminals, cyberterrorists, and cybercrimes every year.
