Welcome to my ePortfolio! My name is Annice McCall. I first graduated from Old Dominion University with a B.S. in Human Services. With this degree, I was able to work in various positions and client populations in the Human Services field for over ten years. I have extensive experience in compliance with HIPPA, Sarbanes-Oxley, and FERPA through this experience. In addition, I have four years of customer service experience in a call center setting.
In my role, I utilized many different types of electronic health records and have acquired a vast knowledge of front-end user experiences. I am now working on obtaining a second B.S. in Cybersecurity with planned completion in 2023. I hope to obtain new skills to increase the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the various systems I aim to improve through my future professional experience.
