My name is Mikayla House, I am a 2021 Old Dominion University graduate student with a criminal justice major and a cyber crime minor. As a child, I grew up military and learned to adapt and adjust rather quickly. My future plans post graduation are to find a job in my career field with NCIS or the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. My hopes are to land a job in the analyst field as a way to help society from inside, versus being a police officer or field agent.

Old Dominions LeADERS program for students gave me a lot of perspective on careers, the courses required to complete the program give an insight to what a career in criminal justice could consist of.

I look forward to life after graduation, helping others and doing all that I can to improve others ways and quality of life is extremely important to me.
