Dr. Michele Kekeh is the Associate Director of the Center for Global Health at Old Dominion University. As a public health professional, Michele has worked in the public health for the past couple years in a variety of roles including research, program management, policies review, and community outreach and education, as well as planning and implementing evaluation for multiple community programs in the Hampton Roads. Her background includes work with Chesapeake and Virginia Beach Health Department, Western Tidewater Health District, Healthy Chesapeake, Inc., Norfolk Prevention Coalition, Physicians of Peace, Greater Hampton Rods Dashboard, the Boys and Girls Club of Southeast Hampton Roads, Suffolk Public Schools, and Quality Measures.
