Hello All! My name is Miles Kevin Anderson. I was born and raised in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, and completed most of my education in Virginia Beach Public Schools. Currently, I am attending Old Dominion University as a junior Cyber Security major and Criminal Justice minor. I have been using technology my whole life. As a Cyber Security major, I look forward to the technology I’ve always loved becoming a part of my career.

The practice of Cyber Security is intertwined with various disciplines. Whether it’s criminology, psychology, or business, I find it impressive how my major has become a part of general learning in varying fields. Cyber Security means much more than defending networks. To me, Cyber Security is protecting information, safety, and personal-well being. After I complete my undergraduate studies, I plan to uphold this idea as a Cyber Security professional.
