Hello! My name is Misty Piechowski and I am a senior of the College of Arts and Letters at Old Dominion University. As a Communication major with a concentration in Professional Communication, I reside in the Communication and Theater Arts Department. PSYC304 satisfies a degree requirement, but I also am taking this class because it was the most appealing out of the options. I’ve taken 5 psychology classes, and Social Psychology is starting to be my favorite! I love to communicate in many ways, and have found considerable strength in written communications. Believe me when I say formulating sentences is a pleasure for me, as I truly enjoy the craft of thought.

Alongside crafting various communications, I spend my time in other crafts like arts and crafts. I know. Lots of crafts! Basically, I am a creative person, and things like language and arts facilitate my creations. As someone who is introverted and quite quiet in face-to-face conversations, it has been revitalizing to strengthen my own communication abilities through education. I plan to combine the foundation of knowledge attained in my education with strategic enactment.
