Welcome to my e-portfolio! My name is Ashley Miller and I am currently a part-time student in the Master’s of Public Health program at Old Dominion University, as well as working at the Eastern Virginia Medical School full-time.
I originally grew up in Virginia Beach, but have lived in Norfolk since relocating for my undergraduate degree (also at Old Dominion) back in 2013. Downtown Norfolk has substantially grown on me and I’ve relished in watching the city grow. During the pandemic, I was lucky enough to get a job working as a Clinical Coordinator for the Masters of Physician’s Assistant program at Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS).
In my role as Clinical Coordinator, I demonstrate skills in project management, organizational compliance, risk management, and clinical management software. I am a dependable asset to the team, always punctual and determined to get the job done. I have a strong passion for working in the public health field that drives my determination for collaboration, engagement, and learning as a lifelong process. I am a quick study with a dedication to keep expanding and improving on what I know.
