Welcome to my e-portfolio for the Old Dominion University’s School Librarian Program!
My name is Constance Padden and I am excited to show off all the hard work I have completed for my Master’s in Library Science!
I have been teaching for 17 years, mostly in 3rd grade. I currently work at an elementary school located in Woodbridge, Virginia. My completed assignments truly support the goals I have set for myself, such as 1) instilling a passion for books and a love for reading across the grade levels 2) fostering lifelong learners by allowing students to understand and effectively use all the resources their school library has to offer and 3) offering my skills and knowledge of the library resources to help fellow educators.
