Hello and Welcome!

My name is Chelsea Wood and I am a graduate student at Old Dominion University working on my Master’s in Library and Information Science. This site will serve as my e-portfolio for the program, containing work I complete towards my degree. 

I’m currently a Public Services Library Associate for the Roanoke City Public Libraries. Prior to crossing over to public libraries full time I held various job titles within public education ranging from substitute to Theatre Arts Teacher. I have my Bachelor of Science in Theatre from Radford University and my Master of Arts in Teaching from East Tennessee State University. I was a student in ETSU’s School Library Certificate program for a brief moment in time before deciding that the public library track is more my speed.
