My name is Jennifer Mays. I am a graduate student at Old Dominion University in the Library and Information Studies Master’s program. I have a bachelor’s degree in Professional Studies, with a minor in English and a cluster in Educational Foundations. I have a love of service and bringing a smile to people’s faces. I also have a love of literature and I wish to share that love with others as well as the importance it has in our lives. The MLIS program will help me pave the path toward librarianship and ultimately become a professional librarian.

In my spare time, I like to read, cross stitch, write poetry (when inspiration hits me), and spending time with my friends and family.
