My name is Miranda Sutherland, I am 25 years old and just beginning the MLIS program at ODU. I completed my undergraduate degree in English in 2019. I have worked in an academic library for the past 5 years. I enjoy working with the customer service and management aspects of libraries and I am looking forward to learning how to grow in those areas throughout the program. I believe that getting my MLIS will give me the necessary tools to take the next step in my professional career.
