About Me

Hello, my name is Tamara Bogy. I am 22 years old and live in Norfolk, VA with my husband and four cats. I graduated from Old Dominion University in 2021 with my Bachelor’s in Fine Arts with a concentration in painting. I am a MLIS candidate who has a passion for public librarianship. I have always loved reading books and enjoyed the atmosphere of public libraries, as well as its mission to promote literacy and provide free resources to the community. I enjoy being active in our community and working with children as well as adults. It has been my goal for many years to become a librarian. This is my E-Portfolio, which reflects my work in the ODU MLIS program.
