About Me

My name is Myka Moody and I am a sophomore at Old Dominion University. I am currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. While my entire family was born in Akron, Ohio, I was the only one born in Virginia. I see myself as a funny, kind, and good listener. I am also a first degree black belt in karate. I love to cook, solve problems, and do anything that lets me use my creative side. I also love sports like basketball, football, and swimming. I chose to take this course because I want to learn about how social perception and interaction can influence an individual’s behavior. Because of my listening, art, and problem solving skills, I have decided to pursue psychology to become an art therapist.
