Hello, my name is Michael and this is my first year at ODU. I obtained my bachelor’s degree from ECPI in criminal justice about 10 years ago. I never used my degree and have been doing a Mechanic/Maintenance job ever since. I’ve decided to get my degree in cybersecurity and hopefully get a less physical job as I get older. I’m currently married and have 3 children, 13 years, 3 years, and 3 months. My wife is in the military and currently stationed out of state for the next 2 years. Working full time and taking care of 3 children has been a challenge so far, but I feel like it will be worth it once I’m done.
