Welcome! My name is Nassir Bangs- a Cybersecurity student with a deep passion for problem-solving, cyberspace, and hardware. My path into cybersecurity started with a simple question: How do things truly work? That curiosity fuels my passion today, leading me to choose to become a Cybersecurity major. Currently, I am studying at Old Dominion University, and within my first year, I have only touched the surface of what cybersecurity is. My coursework — from studying the NIST Framework to understanding the CIA Triad, business operations, and interdisciplinary risk — has and will help shape my goal of becoming a cybersecurity professional who can protect systems and communicate security clearly.
