Hello, my name is Nicholas Carter and I am currently pursuing a BS in Cybersecurity at Old Dominion University. I also carry an associates degree in Computer Science, where I developed numerous skills such as coding in Python and Java, navigating a Linux terminal, and knowledge in information technology.

I currently work as an associate analyst at GFT Inc. where we work with many different OT utilities at achieving compliance standards such as FERC or NERC-CIP. In the process, I have learned about many different cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST’s CSF and ISA/IEC 62443 and how they can be applied through developing governance programs.

As I move through the next phase of my career I am open to any new opportunities and am excited for what is next to come!
