Hi, my name is Obi Oputa. A little bit about me is that I have completed a dual-enrollment cybersecurity program through Tidewater Community College and the Chesapeake Career Center, where I built a strong foundation in information technology and cybersecurity principles.

I have hands-on IT experience from a Technology Innovation internship with Chesapeake Public Schools, where I supported networking systems, server operations, and software troubleshooting. Through this experience, I strengthened my problem-solving skills and learned how technology supports large organizations.

I hold industry-recognized certifications, including CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+), Network+, and Security+. I am currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity at Old Dominion University, with a focus on building technical skills and understanding the social impact of cybersecurity.
