Hi, my name is Neriah Martinez. I am a second semester junior at Old Dominion University. I am majoring in psychology and minoring in human services. I have been interested in psychology ever since my first psychology class in high school. When I graduate in 2023, I plan on using my degree to become a child and family social worker. However, I do plan on furthering my education and putting myself through graduate school to obtain my PhD in child psychology. I plan on basing my career around children because I am currently a preschool teacher and my love for working with them has only grown stronger. I am excited for all my field has to offer, and I cannot wait to get started.
