Hello, welcome to my site! I am Patrick Bays, a cybersecurity student at Old Dominion University. I currently work as a Network Engineer at ANVIL Systems Group, but I previously worked on ODU’s Norfolk campus as a consultant for their systems group. I have a CompTIA Security+ certification, and I’m currently working on my CCNA. My primary knowledge is in Kerberos and containerization, but I am also proficient in Microsoft Active Directory and managing various MDM services such as Mosyle. Now, past the business part, I’ve been playing saxophone for 14 years, I’m super passionate about music, and I love racing in autocross events around Tidewater in my Mazda. I also love messing around with various electronics, like making a Raspberry Pi server to control my 3d printer or soldering parts together to make embedded systems to assist with daily tasks. I’m currently working on a full virtualization stack for my new homelab now that I’ve moved out with my boyfriend!
