A native of Oxnard, California, enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 2019, and a current undergrad student at Old Dominion University studying Cybersecurity. I am looking to expand my knowledge of the cybersecurity realm and thinking long-term to apply it either in my career or for after I retire from the Navy. My experience is very minimal since Spring 2025 semester was the first time I worked with the Linux program in the Linux System for cybersecurity class. My goal for learning is to be able and observe to where I can apply cybersecurity procedures, practices and related items towards helping develop a company with my wife in the future, or simply upgrading a corporations system and enhancing security measures with what I can bring to the table.
