About Me!

Welcome to my ePortfolio! My name is Reagan Richardson, and I am pursuing an undergraduate degree at Old Dominion University in Biological Sciences with a minor in Spanish. I decided to study Spanish because I plan to pursue a career in the medical field. This degree will be valuable for me because I want to volunteer my time for the local Spanish-speaking community. With the information that I will gain from these courses, I hope to provide quality healthcare services to the local Spanish-speaking population in the future.

In this EPortfolio you will see the coursework I have completed at ODU for my Spanish minor degree. So far, I have completed the courses Spanish 311, which focuses on speaking and listening, Spanish 312W, which focuses on reading and writing, and Spanish 322 – Hispanic Identities and Cultures. These courses have given me different perspectives on Spanish culture, forms of communication, and new ways to express my ideas and opinions in an ever-changing world. Throughout my course of studies, my speaking, listening, and comprehension skills have tremendously improved, and I can’t wait to apply what I have learned in my future career!
