Welcome to My Cybersecurity ePortfolio

Hello, and thank you for visiting my Electronic Portfolio. My name is Seth Santiago, and I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity at Old Dominion University. This portfolio showcases the academic work, hands-on labs, research, and professional experiences that have shaped my development as a cybersecurity student and emerging professional.

Throughout my time at ODU, I have built a strong foundation in networking, system security, vulnerability assessment, and cyber operations concepts. My coursework and projects involve tools such as Nmap, Metasploit, Nessus, Linux, and pfSense, which have strengthened my technical skills and given me real, practical exposure to real-world security challenges. In addition to technical knowledge, I have developed key interdisciplinary abilities including communication, analytical problem-solving, and mentorship — all of which play a critical role in cybersecurity careers.

This ePortfolio highlights my three most marketable skill areas:

  • Cybersecurity Technical Skills
  • Analytic Problem-Solving in Security Operations
  • Training and Mentorship in Technology

Each skill is supported by embedded artifacts that demonstrate my progression, abilities, and readiness for the cybersecurity workforce. You will also find my updated resume and a reflective essay discussing how these skills emerged and matured throughout my academic journey.

I appreciate you taking the time to review my work. This portfolio reflects my growth as a cybersecurity learner and my commitment to continuous improvement as I work toward a future career in cyber operations, national security, or federal service.
