Hola! My name is Stephanie Dobbelaere, and I am a psychology major at Old Dominion University. I am 30 years old, and a Navy veteran of 8 years active duty military service.

For my Spanish cooking video, I decided to prepare an easy Italian salad. The process of creating this video was kind of difficult for me, as I am a bit shy on camera. I had to record this a couple times over, to finally get a good quality video. The first couple of times I tried recording, I messed up pronunciation, but I believe I did decent on my last attempt on the final product. I am excited as I am learning Spanish, and I hope to be fluent in the language by the time I travel to South America next year. I hope you enjoy!
