My name is Drew Thacker and I’m 22 years old. I work as a registered nurse in a critical care unit at Sovah Health Martinsville Hospital in Virginia. I am Currently working on a bachelor’s degree in nursing with a goal of becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I am taking this course as a prerequisite requirement to my degree. I had a lot of options to chose from however I chose psychology due to my fascination with the subject. The topic of the brain has always interested me, along with many others, and hopefully I’ll walk away from this class with a better understanding of it.
