Jocelyn Weinhagen, RDH, BA, MSDH (c) earned her BA in Psychology from University of California, San Diego and her AA in Dental Hygiene from Cerritos College in Norwalk, CA. She is currently working towards her MSDH at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. Jocelyn is an adjunct clinical instructor at Wake Technical Community College in Raleigh, NC. She has been practicing clinical dental hygiene for over 20 years.

Jocelyn’s research interests include education of the adult learner in regards to lifelong learning and motivation. Upon earning her MSDH, she wishes to pursue a full-time teaching position sharing her passion of learning and healthcare. She wishes to advance the scope of dental hygiene practice in North Carolina by advocating for direct access to care.
