Hello everyone! My name is Zainab Serry, and I am currently majoring in Dental Hygiene and minoring in Public Health. I’m originally from Woodbridge, Virginia, but I recently moved to Norfolk to continue my studies. I’m taking this cybersecurity course because it’s a requirement for my major, but I also recognize how important digital security is in today’s world—especially in healthcare. With the increasing use of electronic health records and online patient data, I think it’s crucial to understand the basics of cybersecurity to protect sensitive information. While I may not have a technical background, I’m excited to learn more about cybersecurity concepts and how they apply to both personal and professional settings.
