This includes speaking, reading\/writing, and listening. The textbook that was purchased, Interchange 1: 3rd Edition, is intended for adults but could also work for high school students. This book is for beginners who already started their English learning journey and wish to continue, possibly already clearing through Interchange Intro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>From the ESL website: &#8220;<em>Interchange (3rd Edition) <\/em>is a fully revised edition of <em>New Interchange (2nd Edition)<\/em>, the world&#8217;s most successful English series for adult and young adult  learners. Each unit includes up-to-date content, additional grammar  practice, and more opportunities to develop speaking and listening  skills. The series incorporates suggestions from teachers and students  all over the world. By keeping the best, and improving the rest, it remains the series  that everyone has grown to know and love. <em>Interchange (3rd Edition)<\/em> is written in American English, but reflects the fact that English is the major language of international communication, and is not limited to any one country, region or culture.
