– March 13, 2020: Conduct interview with program directors.

– March 16, 2020-March 20, 2020: Interview volunteers and present them with surveys.

– March 21, 2020: Distribute surveys and questionnaires to facility for clients.

-March 22, 2020: March 26, 2020: Interview business program donors within the community.

– March 27, 2020: Conduct observations of client/volunteer interactions.

– March 28, 2020: Collect surveys and questionnaires completed by clients from facility.

– March 29, 2020: Present collected data into a final research plan.
