Sit down with the director to discuss what will be evaluated which is the success rate of crisis and non-crisis families that come for services (Interview) |

Gathered documents from director regarding an increase/decrease in success rates pertinent to the clients and passed out surveys to crisis and non-crisis clients to get feedback on how they felt about the program and/or if they feel like the program may need any improvement to be able to assist them better |

Reviewed documents and surveys to come up with a final decision about the evaluation |

Final decision has been made and reported to the agency |
