I assist residents with concerns, enforce university policies, and respond to situations that require leadership, conflict resolution, and critical thinking. I help organize outreach initiatives, promote engagement opportunities, and support efforts to bring in diverse student voices. I collaborate with executive board members to ensure financial accountability and support planning for organizational events.
