Promote transparency<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Create comprehensive HIPs@ODU campus and web presence(s).<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Develop a &#8220;HIPs in Action&#8221; webpage (with HIP SME ePs)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Share relevant research\/outcomes for each HIP (separate HIP pages)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Spotlight faculty and students who have engaged in HIPs (videos, bios)<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Intentionally plan and participate in campus events (faculty orientation, student\/parent fairs, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Increase student and parent awareness of the value of HIPs;
