Included here is the learning style assessment. It explains my learning style and how I study for classes.

1. For each of my classes I have similar methods of study. For example Sociology and Chemistry I do homework questions that are due. While in my classes I try to take notes or get the notes done before class. That way I can interact in class and understand what’s going on. Also in class I make sure I’m paying attention so I can absorb all the information and not miss anything. On the other hand outside of class I make sure I am in a quiet space to do the homework or study. I try my best to look over notes that were discussed in class. 
2. One class that I’m doing well in right now is Sociology. Some strategies that work best for me are reading the assigned material, taking notes and taking the practice quizzes. Thus far I have been able to grasp the material much better. I go to class feeling less stressed knowing that I have all the work and information that I need. Even though it takes a while to read, take notes and practice questions, it’s all worth it when a quiz/exam comes around. My first quiz I got a passing grade and knowing that I did well I am going to keep doing what I’m doing. 
3. A class that is currently challenging for me is chemistry. My strategies to do well in this class are to study with friends, go to office hours/get a tutor for help or even attend a review session. My goal is to spend around four hours studying or doing homework(outside of class). I try to take advantage of all the learning support provided for me like going to review sessions or asking questions. I want to focus on the most challenging parts of chemistry and try to understand them. For the exam that just passed I know that I need to take more time to study and prioritize that class a little more. I think that not being able to attain the information is making me less motivated to do well, but I am going to keep pushing to do well even if it gets hard. 
4. One technique that I could use in class is to ask the teacher questions during the lecture or after class. This might be able to help me understand more topics about the class. It could also further help me for the future classes that I will be taking. Overall, doing this will help me attain the information better and then I can have a better understanding while studying outside of class. 
5. One technique that I could use outside of class is to set specific times to study the material. In doing this it will help me prepare for the future exams/quizzes. It can also help me know about the topic and be able to apply it while in class. To add on I could also make practice questions to better understand the subject or take notes in class to be informed before I get there. Overall this will improve my learning habits for this class.
