I am currently a senior at Old Dominion University, pursuing a degree in Training Specialist with an anticipated graduation in December 2024. My interest in training and development was further solidified during my time in the HR department at Family Dollar Co. There, I had the privilege of training colleagues and discovered a knack for creating supportive and engaging learning environments.
