Mallow is a character from the Pokémon anime series, and she originates from the Alola region. She is introduced in Pokémon Sun and Moon. She is one of the island kahunas (a Trial Captain) specifically on the island of Akala. She has a passion for cooking and she values good food, which ties into her role as a Trial Captain. The trial includes helping Mallow gather ingredients for her cooking, which is a unique twist compared to the standard Pokémon battles seen in other trials.

Her specialty is Grass-type Pokémon, and she is known for being a kind, cheerful, caring, and hardworking cook. She also runs a restaurant called the Restaurant Lush Jungle.
