NICE Workforce Framework Journal Entry 

If I were to pursue a career in this field, I would specialize in Implementation and Operation (IO) and Investigating (IN) work role categories. The knowledge management, database administration, and systems security analysis work roles appeal to me the most in this area. There is a lot of maintenance and backend work in this area, and I like the idea of doing the work behind the scenes that helps operations run smoothly and feel I would thrive in this area. I would also enjoy conducting investigations and collecting digital evidence in the Investigation role.  The area that appeals the least to me would probably be Design and Development because researching, designing, developing, and testing secure technology systems with a possibility that the design may fail sounds tedious to me.
