Fake wbsite often may use characters that appear to be a different character in the URL like in my example for the fake PayPal website the letter “L” was replaced with the number “1” small details like that could be hard to notice if you arent paying attention. They also add extra words to the URL that aren’t on the URL for the real website. Fake websites also often have excessive pop up advertisements. Fake wbsites may also ask ou for personal information that the real would never ask you for.
