I reviewed the NICE Workforce Framework and yes there are specific areas that I would want to focus my career on due to wanting to heighten my skill set. Also I would love to have more resources that can help me with bettering my career in the future. The areas that appeal to me the most are the foundation of the NICE Framework such as the Task, Knowledge, Skills, Work, and Competency. The support from cybersecurity education, training, and workforce development. Overall the most appealing specialty areas to me are Target and Threat Analysis because the two informed me with good information . The last one to appeal to me is Language Analysis because it didn’t peak my interest as much as the other areas and it was a little difficult to comprehend.
