From teaching in the Philippines to Nursing in the states, Hope Myers story

Nurse Hope was a pleasure to speak with during our interview because she had a wealth of knowledge to share as a former teacher who later switched to nursing. The variety of the workplace and the ability to switch positions to find what works best for you were the two things she really loved about nursing. According to Nurse Hope, “There are a lot of opportunities available as long as you have your nursing degree.” I discovered throughout my conversation with Nurse Hope that some aspect of the hospital environment are simply unachievable to fully maintain, thus they must make do with them. The hospital has numerous components that benefits each of us personally, yet it is virtually difficult for the hospital to be completely sustainable.
