Interpersonal Communication

This semester, I received an opportunity to have a conversation in Spanish with a couple of people from South America. I’m grateful to have received this opportunity.  I’m currently in an online class for Spanish this semester and I don’t often get the opportunity to practice with my classmates.

My daily studies found me practicing Spanish by my lonesome.  Since English is my primary language, I have found it challenging to enter into a conversation speaking the romance language of Spanish as eloquently as I do English. Subsequently, I’ve realized my limitations on what I’m able to say and understand. These challenges have motivated me to work harder and get more efficient with learning a foreign language in order to be more effective  at it during my next conversation.
