I earned a Certificate of Academic Excellence for being a First Year Scholar (2019-2020). In addition, I have been on the Dean’s List every semester since Fall 2019. I also have been on the Dean’s Perfect Scholar list every semester since Fall 2020.
Leadership Development
The skills obtained from my LeADERS designated courses and experiences helped me in my leadership positions in and outside of the classroom. Since 2019 to present, I have been serving as the director’s assistant for Virgin Islands Regal Events Inc., (VIRE). In this capacity, I assist with the Miss United States Virgin Islands, Caribbean Queen Pageants and Coronations. I also manage their social media page and create the annual calendar. I also have a keen sense for problem solving, as I have solved internal and external complications. I also track and monitor our organizational goals.
In addition, from 2020 to present, I have been serving as an officer trainer for the Virgin Islands chapter of FCCLA. In this capacity, I trained members in professionalism and organizational etiquette as new Chapter officers. I also assisted with the organization and execution of recruitment drives and leadership training. I have planned events around community service projects and social activities. Furthermore, I assisted students with college selection and post-high school career planning.
Most recently, since 2022, I also have been serving as the Auxiliary Division Leader and Co-Strategic Division Leader for the Miss Caribbean Universe Pageant System (MCU). As the Auxiliary Division Leader, I manage my own team, and ensure that all assigned tasks are executed seamlessly. As a Co-Strategic Division Leader, I help to formulate organizational goals and assist with their implementation.
