I have always enjoyed more hands-on roles in jobs or school. These roles are exciting because they keep pace with the changing landscape of cybersecurity threats. Additionally, I am interested in Competency Areas that focus on research and development as they align with my desire to contribute to problem-solving situations. On the other hand, roles that heavily emphasize policy and compliance may not be as appealing to me since I find satisfaction in hands-on technical aspects rather than regulatory matters. It is still a very important part of the workforce, but I am not interested in such. This framework allows individuals to shape their careers and my preference leans towards roles that require active problem-solving skills and hands-on involvement in technological advancements.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are there certain areas that you\u00a0would want to focus your career on?
