Additionally, I am interested in Competency Areas that focus on research and development as they align with my desire to contribute to problem-solving situations. On the other hand, roles that heavily emphasize policy and compliance may not be as appealing to me since I find satisfaction in hands-on technical aspects rather than regulatory matters. It is still a very important part of the workforce, but I am not interested in such.
